  2. Order Editing: You can edit or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, you will no longer be able to change order details. Please double-check your order information before placing it.
  3. Time Considerations: The above shipping and delivery timelines are typical. Actual shipping times may be affected by factors such as demand fluctuations, production schedules, holiday schedules, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable factors. The actual delivery time will depend on the logistics service.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all products within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. You will not be required to pay for any shipping fees.

Free Shipping Exclusions:
The following areas are not included in the free shipping offer: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes. If you are shipping to any of these areas, please contact customer service for confirmation of shipping fees and delivery arrangements.

3. Shipping Methods

We provide delivery services through UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. Free shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Important Note:
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order (including street name, house number, postal code, etc.). If your address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, and the package cannot be delivered as expected, any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be your responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your package and its estimated delivery time.

4. Additional Shipping Information

  1. Signature Service: The default delivery service does not require a signature from the recipient. The delivery personnel will leave the package at your doorstep or at a designated pick-up location, depending on the actual situation.
  2. Signature Service Request: If you wish to add FedEx signature-required delivery service (i.e., requiring the recipient's signature for package receipt), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order. We will assist you with the necessary arrangements. After 24 hours, this service cannot be added. We appreciate your understanding.
