All products sold by Birlohaso come with a one-year (12 months) free warranty, starting from the date you sign for the package. After the warranty period expires, the free warranty coverage will automatically end. If you need further repair services, please consult customer service for information regarding fees and related matters.
Note: After placing an order, products in stock are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with delivery expected within 5-7 business days. You may edit or change your order within 12 hours after placing it, and this will not affect the validity of the warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty policy covers defects caused by manufacturing defects, material issues, or normal use of the product (not caused by human error). It includes but is not limited to the following:
The core components of the product (if applicable) are not functioning properly, and the issue is not due to user damage.Cracks or detachment of the product's appearance or structure due to manufacturing defects (not caused by collisions, scratches, etc.).The product's functions do not work properly due to quality issues present at the time of manufacture, rather than improper use or modifications.3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty, and Birlohaso reserves the right to refuse free warranty services. If repair is needed, related fees will be applicable:
Products that exceed the one-year free warranty period.Damage caused by improper handling, including but not limited to: collision, dropping, scratching, pressing, water exposure, unauthorized disassembly, or modification of the product's components.Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, floods, typhoons, fires, etc.) or external environmental factors (e.g., unstable voltage, humidity, prolonged exposure to high temperatures).Normal wear and tear of the product's appearance (e.g., scratches, fading due to normal use).Products purchased from non-Birlohaso official channels, or products with serial numbers or warranty labels that have been altered, damaged, or lost, making it impossible to verify the product's origin and warranty period.Faults caused by users installing non-official accessories.4. Warranty Claim Process
If you need to apply for warranty services, please follow the steps below to ensure the process is smooth:
Claim Timeframe: If you find a product issue covered by the warranty, please contact us within the warranty period. Claims made after the warranty period will be considered forfeited.Submitting a Claim: Send your warranty claim via customer service email (service@mail.birlohaso.com) with the following information (all required documents must be provided): Clear order number (available in your order details). Clear photos and videos showing the defective parts and symptoms of the product (clearly showing the product model and issue). Your full name, contact number, and shipping address (for further communication and product return).Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your claim within business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UTC+8:00) and provide feedback on your claim via email or phone.Returning the Product: If your claim is approved, customer service will provide you with the official return address and instructions. Please return the faulty product as instructed (you will be responsible for the return shipping cost; once the warranty repair is completed, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the product back).Repair and Return: After receiving the defective product, we will complete the inspection and repair within 7 business days (special cases will be notified). Warranty service covers the product itself, not accessories, packaging, instruction manuals, or other ancillary items.During the repair process, we will try to retain the user's data inside the product, but we do not take responsibility for any data loss or damage caused during the repair.
