Birlohaso Product Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to Birlohaso! We offer a wide range of products in the U.S. to ensure your satisfaction. To protect your legal rights and establish clear return and exchange processes, we have developed the following return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully. Order Details:
After placing an order, products in stock will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The expected delivery time is 5-7 business days. You can make changes to or edit your order within 12 hours after placing it.
1. Basic Cancellation and Return Principles
To cancel an order or initiate a return, you must obtain written approval from Birlohaso. Please email your cancellation/return request to service@mail.birlohaso.com and receive approval.
Important Note: Any cancellation request without written approval will be rejected, and the order will proceed as normal. Products returned without our written consent will be rejected and returned to you. All related costs will be borne by you.
2. Product Defects and Inspection Requirements
Please carefully inspect the received products within 14 calendar days. If there are any minor defects, stains, or similar issues, contact us promptly, and we will provide further solutions.
If the 14-day inspection period has passed, the defects/stains will be considered as caused by you during use, and we will no longer process such return or exchange requests.
3. Order Cancellation Rules (by Cancellation Time)
- Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation: If the order has been placed but the shipping label has not yet been created, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount without any handling fees.
- Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created): If the shipping label has been created but the order has not yet been shipped, we will charge a 10% handling fee of the product's original price. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- Cancellation After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, the goods cannot be held. You may refuse to accept the package when it arrives or sign for it and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. After the package is returned to our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund and charge a 20% restocking fee of the product's original price.
- Cancellation After Delivery (Package Unopened): If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and you wish to cancel the order, the package must remain unopened. You must contact us, provide photographic or video evidence of the unopened package, and receive written approval. Then, you can return the package to the original delivery company and bear all return shipping fees. After the package is returned and inspected, we will process your refund and charge a 20% restocking fee of the product's original price.
4. Post-Use Cancellation (Non-Quality Reasons)
If you wish to cancel your order for non-quality reasons (e.g., changed your mind, incorrect size, dislike of the product, or accepting minor shipping damage compensation) within 30 calendar days after delivery, you must meet the following conditions:
- Provide photos/videos showing the product and packaging are in the same condition as when received, with no damage or signs of use.
- After obtaining written approval from us, you are responsible for returning the item in its original packaging at your own expense.
- Returns requested after 30 days from receipt will not be processed.
Once the returned package is inspected and confirmed to be in the correct condition, we will process your refund and charge a 25% restocking fee of the product's original price.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable, unless in exceptional cases, where prior written approval from us is required:
- Custom-made orders.
- Used products or products with obvious signs of use.
- Sale or clearance items.
6. Refund Conditions and Exceptions
- For return and exchange requests that comply with this policy, refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned package is received and inspected.
- Refunds may be delayed due to bank processing, logistics delays, or other force majeure factors. We appreciate your understanding. Please contact us with relevant proof, and we will provide further explanation and assistance.
7. Important Reminders
If you need to return an item, do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Please first sign for the package, then email us at service@mail.birlohaso.com to request a return shipping label. Follow the instructions to return the item.
